Art. 2.5 Ein- und Ausfuhrbeschränkungen
1. Mit Inkrafttreten dieses Abkommens werden mit Ausnahme von Zöllen und Abgaben sämtliche Ein- und Ausfuhrverbote oder -beschränkungen in Form von Kontingenten, Einfuhr- oder Ausfuhrlizenzen oder anderen Massnahmen für Erzeugnisse einer Vertragspartei aufgehoben, unter Vorbehalt von Anhang V. 2. Es werden keine neuen Massnahmen nach Absatz 1 eingeführt.
