Art. 23 Anforderungen
Von den in der Liste aufgeführten Arten von Mitteln und Gegenständen dürfen sämtliche Produkte abgegeben werden, welche nach der Gesetzgebung des Bundes oder der Kantone in Verkehr gebracht werden dürfen. Massgebend ist die Gesetzgebung des Kantons, in welchem sich die Abgabestelle befindet.
