Art. 35 Ausserordentliche Massnahme zur Eindämmung der Kostenentwicklung
Preiserhöhungen nach Artikel 67 Absatz 5 KVV sind ausgeschlossen. Das BAG kann ausnahmsweise Preiserhöhungen gewähren, wenn die Versorgung der Schweizer Bevölkerung sichergestellt werden muss und therapeutische Alternativen fehlen. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V des EDI vom 22. Sept. 2023, in Kraft vom 1. Jan. 2024 bis zum 31. Dez. 2024, verlängert bis zum 31. Dez. 2025 und bis zum 31. Dez. 2026 (AS 2023 571, 807 Ziff. IV Abs. 5; AS 2024 788 Ziff. III Abs. 2; 2025 851 Ziff. III Abs. 3).
