Art. 5 Vereinfachtes Verfahren für Drucksachensendungen
Im Post- und Kurierverkehr oder als Luftfracht beförderte Sendungen mit Drucksachen, Büchern und Veröffentlichungen, die an diplomatische Missionen adressiert und für deren ausschliesslichen Gebrauch bestimmt sind, werden den Empfängern ohne das in Artikel 3 Absatz 1 erwähnte besondere Anmeldeformular zugestellt. Fassung gemäss Anhang 4 Ziff. 13 der Zollverordnung vom 1. Nov. 2006, in Kraft seit 1. Mai 2007 (AS 2007 1469).
