1 Der Regierungsrat erlässt die zum Vollzug dieses Gesetzes notwendigen Ausführungsbestimmungen. 2 Er kann die an ihn in diesem Gesetz übertragenen Regelungsbefugnisse unter Beachtung der Delegationsvoraussetzungen von Artikel 43 Absatz 1 des Gesetzes vom 20. Juni 1995 über die Organisation des Regierungsrates und der Verwaltung (Organisationsgesetz, OrG)13) ganz oder teilweise der GSI übertragen.
