Toetuse andmise otsustele, mis on tehtud majandus- ja taristuministri 13. septembri 2022. a määruse nr 70 „Ehituse e-HÜPE toetuse andmise tingimused ja kord” alusel, kohaldatakse viidatud määrust kuni projektides toetuse saaja kohustuste lõppemiseni.
