Die Vorsteherin oder der Vorsteher der Direktion Sicherheit und Soziales beurteilt a Ausnahmegesuche nach dem Gesetz über die Ruhe an öffentlichen Feiertagen, sofern es sich nicht um lärmintensive Grossveranstaltungen handelt, und b in Absprache mit der AG Anlässe sowie im Rahmen des Budgets Unterstützungsgesuche für das laufende Jahr, welche nicht für die Jahresplanung durch den Gemeinderat angemeldet wurden.
