§ 98 Bußgeldvorschriften
(1) Ordnungswidrig handelt, wer vorsätzlich oder leichtfertig entgegen § 75 Absatz 1 Satz 1 , auch in Verbindung mit Satz 3, einen Mindeststeuer-Bericht nicht, nicht richtig, nicht vollständig, nicht in der vorgeschriebenen Weise oder nicht rechtzeitig übermittelt. (2) Die Ordnungswidrigkeit kann mit einer Geldbuße bis zu dreißigtausend Euro geahndet werden. (3) Verwaltungsbehörde im Sinne des § 36 Absatz 1 Nummer 1 des Gesetzes über Ordnungswidrigkeiten ist das Bundeszentralamt für Steuern. (4) Für das Bußgeldverfahren gilt § 410 Absatz 1 Nummer 2 bis 12 der Abgabenordnung entsprechend.
