§ 13 Wegfall der Ruhegehaltfähigkeit bei Zulagen
Soweit durch dieses Gesetz eine ruhegehaltfähige Zulage durch eine nichtruhegehaltfähige Zulage ersetzt und keine ruhegehaltfähige Überleitungszulage nach § 11 gewährt wird, gilt für die bisherigen Empfänger von ruhegehaltfähigen Zulagen die neue Zulage bis zur Höhe der bisherigen Zulage als ruhegehaltfähig. Galt die bisherige Zulage als Bestandteil des Grundgehalts, gilt dies für die bisherigen Empfänger auch für die neue Zulage.
