§ 1 Geltungsbereich
Ausbilder und Ausbilderinnen haben für die Ausbildung in anerkannten Ausbildungsberufen nach dem Berufsbildungsgesetz den Erwerb der berufs- und arbeitspädagogischen Fertigkeiten, Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten nach dieser Verordnung nachzuweisen. Dies gilt nicht für die Ausbildung im Bereich der Angehörigen der freien Berufe.
