Gesuch um Zulassung 1 Dem Gesuch um Zulassung sind beizulegen a Belege über das absolvierte Studium und die gegebenenfalls absolvierte weitere berufliche Ausbildung im Sinne von Artikel 31 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a BGFA, b ein Diplom, das zur Ausübung des Anwaltsberufs in einem Mitgliedstaat der EU oder der EFTA berechtigt, c Belege über die Sachgebiete, die im Rahmen der Anwaltsausbildung im Herkunftsstaat geprüft worden sind, d Belege über die anwaltliche Berufserfahrung.
