Anrechenbarkeit juristischer Berufstätigkeiten 1 Auf Gesuch hin kann die Präsidentin oder der Präsident der Anwaltsprüfungskommission eine juristische Berufstätigkeit ganz oder teilweise an die Praktikumsdauer anrechnen. 2 Die Berufstätigkeit muss an einem der in Artikel 4 genannten Orte ausgeübt worden sein. 3 Berufstätigkeiten, die bei Prüfungsbeginn mehr als zehn Jahre zurückliegen, werden nicht angerechnet. 168.221.1 4
