Stellung des Kantons 1 Dem Kanton kommen als Aktionär der BKW AG die Rechte und Pflichten nach Artikel 660 ff. OR zu. 2 Die BKW AG kann in ihren Statuten dem Kanton nach Artikel 762 OR das Recht einräumen, Vertreterinnen und Vertreter in den Verwaltungsrat abzuordnen. 3 Der Kanton setzt sich als Aktionär für die Beibehaltung des Abordnungsrechts ein.
