Zahlungsfrist, Verzugszinsen, Vorschüsse 1 Die Gemeindeanteile werden innert 30 Tagen ab Datum der Rechnungsstellung zur Zahlung fällig. Nach Ablauf der Zahlungsfrist wird ein angemessener Verzugszins verrechnet. 2 Die Stadt Luzern kann von den Vertragsgemeinden Vorschüsse gemäss einer separaten Vereinbarung verlangen.
