Art. 12 Zweitpraxis
Die personellen und fachlichen Voraussetzungen zur Führung einer Zweitpraxis im Sinne von Art. 21 Abs. 3 Bst. b des Gesetzes liegen vor, wenn auch in der Zweitpraxis: a) ein zur eigenverantwortlichen Berufsausübung berechtigter Tierarzt tätig ist; b) eine fachgemässe und sorgfältige Betriebsführung gewährleistet ist.
