§ 13. Nõuded taotlejale ja partnerile
(1) Taotlejal ning partneril peab olema omafinantseeringu ja abikõlbmatute kulude tasumise suutlikkus, mille kohta esitatakse taotlemisel kirjalik kinnitus. (2) Lõikes 1 sätestatud nõuet ei kohaldata riigiasutusele.
