§ 4 Steuerlager
Steuerlager sind Orte, an oder von denen Bier unter Steueraussetzung im Brauverfahren oder auf andere Weise hergestellt, bearbeitet oder verarbeitet, gelagert, empfangen oder versandt werden darf. Herstellung ist auch die Veränderung der Menge oder des Stammwürzegehalts des Bieres, wenn sich dadurch die Besteuerungsgrundlage ändert.
