Öffentliche Abwasseranlagen 1 Als öffentliche Abwasseranlagen gelten solche, die von der Stadt als öffentliche Anlagen erstellt wurden und in deren Eigentum stehen oder die ins öffentliche Eigentum übernommen worden sind. 2 Abwasseranlagen des Gemeindeverbandes für die Siedlungsentwässerung oder anderer öffentlicher Trägerschaften zählen zu den öffentlichen Abwasseranlagen.
