Mitbenützung 1 Die Eigentümerinnen und Eigentümer von privaten Abwasseranlagen sind verpflichtet, im Rahmen der Leistungsfähigkeit ihrer Anlagen, Dritten die Mitbenützung zu gestatten. 2 Sofern keine gütliche Einigung erzielt werden kann, entscheidet die Stadt über die Abnahmepflicht. Im Streitfall wird die Entschädigung durch die kantonale Schätzungskommission nach dem Enteignungsgesetz festgelegt.
