Art. 7 Ausserordentliche Prüfung
1) Die FMA kann für die Durchführung einer ausserordentlichen Prüfung im Sinne von Art. 8 Abs. 2 Bst. o des EWR-Schwarmfinanzierungs-Durchführungsgesetzes eine nach Art. 2e des genannten Gesetzes iVm Art. 3 dieser Verordnung anerkannte Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft beauftragen. 2) Sie kann vom Schwarmfinanzierungsdienstleister einen Kostenvorschuss verlangen.
