Art. 10b Sanktionen
Wer die Kompensationspflicht nach Art. 9 Abs. 1 nicht erfüllt, muss dem Land im Folgejahr pro nicht kompensierte Tonne CO2: a) einen Betrag von 160 Franken entrichten; und b) eine nationale oder internationale Bescheinigung abgeben.
