Art. 24a Übrige Widerhandlungen
1) Mit Busse bis 30 000 Franken wird bestraft, wer vorsätzlich: a) falsche oder unvollständige Angaben im Hinblick auf die Ausstellung von Bescheinigungen macht; b) im Bericht nach Art. 10a falsche oder unvollständige Angaben macht oder der Berichterstattungspflicht gar nicht nachkommt. 2) Handelt der Täter fahrlässig, so ist die Strafe Busse.
