Art. 3 CO2-Abgabe auf fossilen Brennstoffen
1) Auf die Herstellung, Gewinnung und Einfuhr von fossilen Brennstoffen wird eine CO2-Abgabe erhoben. 2) Der Abgabesatz beträgt je Tonne CO2 36 Franken. Die Regierung kann den Abgabesatz unter Berücksichtigung der massgebenden Gesetzgebung in der Schweiz mit Verordnung bis auf höchstens 120 Franken erhöhen.
