Art. 6 Sanktionen
Unternehmen mit einer Verminderungsverpflichtung, die ihre Zielwerte nicht einhalten, müssen dem Land im Folgejahr pro zu viel ausgestossene Tonne CO2eq: a) einen Betrag von 125 Franken entrichten; und b) eine nationale oder internationale Bescheinigung abgeben.
