Art. 16 Adhésion
1 En cas d'adhésion à un organisme responsable commun existant, le canton adhérant verse une contribution d'entrée, destinée à compenser proportionnellement les investissements, calculés à leur valeur actuelle, que les cantons partenaires ont déjà financés. 2 Les cantons partenaires ont droit à une part de cette contribution, part fixée au prorata des investissements qu'ils ont financés. 3 La procédure d'adhésion doit être réglée dans les conventions intercantonales concernées.
