§ 3 Aufhebung des Absatzfondsgesetzes und der Verordnung über die Beiträge nach dem Absatzfondsgesetz
(1) Es werden aufgehoben: 1. das Absatzfondsgesetz in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 4. Oktober 2007 (BGBl. I S. 2342), 2. die Verordnung über die Beiträge nach dem Absatzfondsgesetz in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 4. Juli 1994 (BGBl. I S. 1456), die zuletzt durch Artikel 7 des Gesetzes vom 25. Juni 2001 (BGBl. I S. 1215) geändert worden ist. (2) Bis zum Ablauf des Tages, an dem die Abwicklung der Anstalt Absatzförderungsfonds der deutschen Land- und Ernährungswirtschaft beendet ist, ist das Absatzfondsgesetz, mit Ausnahme des § 2 Absatz 1 bis 4 Satz 1 und Absatz 6, des § 10 Absatz 1 bis 8, des § 11 und des § 12, weiter anzuwenden.
