Art. 16 Prüfung
Die PIU prüft vor jeder Sanktion, ob das betroffene Luftverkehrsunternehmen für denselben Flug und Tatbestand schon vom Staatssekretariat für Migration sanktioniert wird. Ist dies der Fall, so verzichtet die PIU auf die Sanktion.
