Art. 29 Chapitre V Investissement
Adoption du budget d'investissement 1 En même temps qu'il lui présente le budget de fonctionnement, le Conseil d'Etat présente à l'approbation du Grand Conseil le total du projet de budget global d'investissement du même exercice. Il en indique la répartition entre les départements, respectivement le Tribunal cantonal. 2 Si le budget d'investissement n'est pas encore en vigueur au 1er janvier, le Conseil d'Etat est autorisé à engager les dépenses indispensables à la poursuite de projets en cours.
