§ 21 Straftaten
(1) Wer durch eine in § 20 Absatz 1 bezeichnete vorsätzliche Handlung Leben oder Gesundheit eines Beschäftigten gefährdet, ist nach § 26 Nummer 2 des Arbeitsschutzgesetzes strafbar. (2) Wer durch eine in § 20 Absatz 2 bezeichnete vorsätzliche Handlung in Heimarbeit Beschäftigte in ihrer Arbeitskraft oder Gesundheit gefährdet, ist nach § 32 Absatz 3 oder Absatz 4 des Heimarbeitsgesetzes strafbar.
