Koordination der Verfahren 1 Das Departement, dem die Wasserkräfte unterstellt sind, ist innerhalb der kantonalen Verwaltung auch für die Koordination der einschlägigen spezialgesetzlichen Verfahren zuständig, welche gleichzeitig mit dem Konzessionserteilungs- beziehungsweise Genehmigungsverfahren durchgeführt werden.
