1 Die zuständigen Organisationseinheiten priorisieren die Veröffentlichung der Datensätze anhand: a. des Aufwands für die Veröffentlichung; b. der Qualität und Aktualität der Datensätze; c. des erwarteten Interesses der Öffentlichkeit. 2 Sie können Datensätze auch erst auf Anfrage hin veröffentli chen, wenn deren Veröffentlichung tief priorisiert ist. 3 Sie legen fest, ob sie tief priorisierte Datensätze von sich aus oder auf Anfrage als offene Verwaltungsdaten veröffentlichen.
