Art. 24 tionseinheit
1 Die zuständige Organisationseinheit ist verantwortlich für: a. die Prüfung der Datensätze; b. den Entscheid über die Veröffentlichung und die Entfernung im Open Data Katalog. 2 Sie bleibt für die Datensätze auch nach der Veröffentlichung verantwortlich. 3 Geht die Verantwortung für einen Datensatz an eine andere Organisationseinheit über, tritt diese in die Stellung der zustän digen Organisationseinheit ein. 4 Die neu zuständige Organisationseinheit entscheidet über eine Veröffentlichung unabhängig von den Prüfungen und Entschei den der zuvor zuständigen Organisationseinheit.
