Vollzug 1 Der Konkordatsrat ist für den Vollzug dieser Vereinbarung verantwortlich. 2 Für Bereiche, die in dieser Vereinbarung nicht geregelt sind, gilt das Recht des Sitzkantons. 3 Beschlüsse und Entscheide über öffentlich-rechtliche Ansprüche der Fachhochschule sind im Sinne der Gesetzgebung über Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs vollstreckbaren Urteilen gleichgestellt.
