Art. 2 Ausnahmen vom Geltungsbereich
Diese Verordnung gilt nicht für: a) Online-Lotterien und -wetten nach Art. 60 ff. des Gesetzes; b) ausländische Veranstalter, soweit sie gestützt auf eine Vereinbarung nach Art. 1 Abs. 4 des Gesetzes in Liechtenstein Lotterien oder Wetten im Sinne von Art. 3 Abs. 1 Bst. n oder v des Gesetzes anbieten und nachweisen, dass sie nach Massgabe des ausländischen Rechts zugelassen sind.
