Art. 26 Wirtschaftlich Berechtigte des Gesuchstellers
Das Amt für Volkswirtschaft kann von Personen, welche eine Beteiligung im Sinne von Art. 6 Abs. 1 besitzen, eine Erklärung verlangen, ob sie die Beteiligung für sich oder treuhänderisch für Dritte besitzen und ob sie für diese Beteiligung Optionen oder ähnliche Rechte eingeräumt haben.
