Art. 52 Zugriffsrechte
1) Auf Daten nach Art. 50 sowie Art. 51 haben nur diejenigen Personen Zugriff, welche mit der Umsetzung des Sozialkonzepts betraut sind. Der Grossveranstalter erstellt ein entsprechendes Reglement. 2) Zu Studien- und Weiterbildungszwecken sowie für Statistiken dürfen nur anonymisierte Daten verwendet werden.
