Art. 69 Abgabesatz
1) Die Bruttospielerträge der Grossveranstalter unterliegen einem Abgabesatz von: a) 20 % bei Lotterien; b) 10 % bei Wetten. 2) Die Bruttospielerträge der Kleinveranstalter nach Art. 3 Abs. 1 Bst. m Ziff. 1 unterliegen einem Abgabesatz von 10 %.
