Art. 78 Evaluationsbericht
Im Evaluationsbericht nach Art. 96 des Gesetzes hat die Regierung insbesondere die Erfahrungen mit den bewilligten Veranstaltern von Lotterien oder Wetten in Bezug auf die Erfüllung der gesetzlichen Ziele und die volks- und betriebswirtschaftliche Situation aufzuzeigen.
