Fonds 1 Fonds sind Mittel, die dem Gemeinwesen von Dritten mit bestimmten Bedingungen und Auflagen zugewendet oder die gestützt auf rechtliche Grundlagen aus allgemeinen Mitteln gebildet werden. 2 Fonds, deren Verwendungszweck entfällt oder nicht mehr sachgemäss verfolgt werden kann, sind vom zuständigen Organ aufzulösen.
