Art. 36 Ausführungsprojekt
1 Das ASTRA prüft das Ausführungsprojekt, bevor der Kanton dieses dem UVEK zur Plangenehmigung einreicht. Das ASTRA gibt dem Kanton innert drei Monaten bekannt, welche Projektbestandteile nicht vom Bund finanziert werden. 2 Können sich ASTRA und Kanton nicht einigen, so reicht dieser dem UVEK das Projekt zur Plangenehmigung so ein, wie es vom ASTRA als vom Bund finanzierbar beurteilt wurde.
