1 Die Planungsunterlagen müssen umfassen: a. den Situationsplan, in der Regel im Massstab 1:25 000; b. das Längenprofil im Massstab 1:25 000/2500; c. das Normalprofil; d. den technischen Bericht; e. die Kostenschätzung. 2 Bei der Planung sind die Auswirkungen auf Wirtschaft, Umwelt und Gesellschaft zu prüfen. Die vorgeschlagenen Massnahmen sind räumlich und verkehrsträgerübergreifend abzustimmen.
