Art. 36 Anspruch auf Familienzulage
(Art. 31 Abs. 1 und 2 BPG) Die Familienzulage wird bis zum vollendeten 18. Altersjahr des Kindes ausgerichtet. Für in Ausbildung stehende Kinder und für erwerbsunfähige Kinder (Art. 7 des BG vom 6. Okt. 2000 über den Allgemeinen Teil des Sozialversicherungsrechts) wird sie längstens bis zum vollendeten 25. Altersjahr ausgerichtet. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V des BGer vom 20.
