Das durch die Erfüllung bahnpolizeilicher Aufgaben der Bundespolizei begünstigte Verkehrsunternehmen Deutsche Bahn AG ist verpflichtet, für die hierdurch erlangten Vorteile ab dem 1. Januar 2000 jährlich 20,83 Prozent des aufgebrachten Gesamtaufwandes als Ausgleich zu leisten.
