§ 96 Fortschreibeverfahren
Die Erhebung der Bodennutzung landwirtschaftlicher Betriebe (§ 2 Nummer 2) kann ganz oder teilweise im Fortschreibeverfahren durchgeführt werden. Wird dieses Verfahren durchgeführt, ist es bei allen zu Befragenden eines Bundeslandes anzuwenden.
