Art. 21 b) Competenze regionali
Le Regioni possono chiamare in servizio i militi nei seguenti casi: a) catastrofi e situazioni d’emergenza nella propria regione; b) per svolgere lavori di ripristino; c) per interventi di pubblica utilità; d) per prestare aiuto ad un’altra regione.
