Berichterstattung Die Berichterstattung erfolgt an die Präsidentin bzw. den Präsidenten der Verwaltungskommission. Sie erfolgt nach den Bestimmungen des Finanzhaushaltsrechts. Soweit dieses nicht abweichende Regelungen enthält, gelangen die Vorschriften zur Prüfung von Aktiengesellschaften gemäss Obligationenrecht sinngemäss zur Anwendung. Die Prüfung hat durch eine besonders befähigte Revisorin oder einen besonders befähigten Revisor zu erfolgen.
