Aufwand des Kantons 1 Die Beiträge des Kantons an die Leistungserbringer im Bereich der sozialen Leistungsangebote sind lastenausgleichsberechtigt im Rahmen der Bestimmungen über die Leistungsfinanzierung (Art. 3 ff.). 2 Als lastenausgleichsberechtigte Aufwendungen für weitere Massnahmen gelten die Aufwendungen für Ombudsstellen nach Artikel 5 Absatz 2 SLG, für besondere Massnahmen nach Artikel 77 SLG und für Modellversuche nach Artikel 78 SLG.
