Art. 2 Verhältnis zum Zollvertragsrecht
Soweit in dieser Verordnung nichts anderes bestimmt ist, finden auf den Schutz der Prüfungsteilnehmer und die Gewährleistung der Qualität der klinischen Prüfungen die aufgrund des Zollvertrages in Liechtenstein anwendbaren schweizerischen Rechtsvorschriften, insbesondere der Heilmittelgesetzgebung, Anwendung.
