Art. 9 Beginn einer klinischen Prüfung
Der Sponsor darf mit der klinischen Prüfung erst beginnen, wenn: a) die Ethikkommission eine befürwortende Stellungnahme abgegeben hat; b) das Amt für Gesundheit keine begründeten Einwände erhoben hat; und c) gegebenenfalls die Regierung eine schriftliche Genehmigung nach Art. 8 Abs. 2 erteilt hat.
