Art. 16 Ausserordentliche Kongresse
1. Ein ausserordentlicher Kongress kann auf Antrag oder mit Zustimmung von mindestens zwei Dritteln der Mitgliedsländer des Vereins einberufen werden. Ursprünglich Art. 15 (siehe Mitteilung vom 16. Juli 2024, AS 2024 364). Der ursprüngliche Art. 16 wurde am Kongress von Hamburg 1984 aufgehoben.
